Adriana, I think this article will help a lot of people. I read a book once that described the state of frozen-ness anxious people can have emotionally and the author suggested doing a task so small as to move a paperclip from one space to its home or the trash even. Moving that one thing helps unstick our minds and allows us to begin the journey of focus and flow.
