Caetano, This is such a helpful guide to UpWork. I opened an account back in March, I think. After submitting 2 proposals I decided to focus on grant writing and other projects outside of the platform.

Last week, I went back to UpWork and submitted 8 new proposals. I thought I did a pretty good job with my cover letter, but honestly, I don't find the platform intuitive.

That's where this article comes in handy. I've bookmarked it so I can refer to it when I'm improving my profile. I had no idea the portfolio section is so important. Time to work on that :).

I also appreciate your sneak peak at your UpWork profile. It's helpful to see how successful writers organizer their profile pages.
