Carolyn, I love this so much and am bookmarking for the reminders. About a year ago, a spiritual teacher pointed out to me that joy is a very important aspect of life--and one that needs to be taught to adults sometimes. She suggested that my sensual joy in the garden has to do with this. I've been wanting to dig deeper, but have been unsure quite how. I'm so glad to read another writer pondering joy. 💗
