Charles, I can’t wait to dive in, but I’m already fascinated from listening to Michael Pollan’s book This Is Your Mind on Plants. His first section is all about opium & he has a POV both from the late 1990s and mid 2010s, I think. He talks about Purdue. It’s crazy and wild. If you haven’t read this book, I think you’d dig it.
