I there's an issue with the general population being afraid of formerly incarcerated people, too.

There's something wrong at a very basic level when the numbers of the US for incarceration are so high.

It speaks to the lack of empathy our country seems to be founded on--this pull yourself up by the bootstraps way of thinking. It's flawed and has such a strong hold, unfortunately.

It's hopeful that some things are changing. Thanks for sharing the list of stores that are hiring formerly incarcerated people.
