Christopher, What a tender, vulnerable, and introspective personal essay. I love the song you reference, too. I struggle with much of what you struggle with. It's challenging. I think we're on the right path when we recognize that we struggle with feeling worthy of love--and, when we struggle with this, I think it's also difficult to be generous with love.
