Hi Arwyn, It was very odd, but no the notes aren't public.

The pub owner was aghast that one of his co-editors published my poem about Mama Gaia, which I have since moved to Being Known.

He proceeded to leave 9 private notes after the poem was live. These notes were mostly condescending, controlling, and full of vitriol.

I am not opposed to feedback, but I won't allow anyone to talk/write to me in this tone.

The owner had no prior relationship with me. This was my 2nd poem in his pub. After spewing all those notes my way, he removed my poem so it became self-published.

I left replies to a few of the notes, trying to play nice at first, but he responded to none of them.

My last note included me saying I felt bashed, I have credentials, and I know poetry--he implied I wasn't serious and should study up. It was truly strange.
