Hi Charles, I haven’t read Brene Brown. A friend gave me one of her books (it wasn’t resonating with her) and it didn’t resonate with me. I think I need to figure out which book to begin with.

The older I get, the more I see beauty in “typically” unlikely people.

I’m curious about the last piece — evolutionary design of our brains — and if there’s a part that doesn’t exacerbate the problem or pivots what we find attractive? I’m sure there are books on it. :D
