Thank you so much for popping by and reading my reflection.

Yes--that's such a succinct way to phrase it: clutter represented my own inner judgments. When I released that representation it made working with it feel neutral instead of mean.

"Criticism creates barriers, compassion dissolves them." This is so true. It took me 20+ years to come to this in my marriage, too. And, finding the compassion while communicating instead of criticizing while communicating is so much more productive and feels so much better.
