Hi Javier, Thank you for sharing your wisdom around nonviolent communication with Age of Empathy! I have tried to intuitively incorporate this in my day-to-day interactions with people. I've noticed that when I'm successful, there's a higher chance the other person will respond without their defenses up, and it gives us both the opportunity for more rapid learning about the situation. Pretty dang cool! :D
