I am of this era, but I don't really recall album releases. I know I owned Ten and Vs. and listened to them often. I don't remember buying them on the release date. I do remember some friends dragging me to buy a Nirvana album...I don't remember which one or if it was on the release date. I guess I liked being a passive consumer of music, following my friends' leads. But, I do remember listening to my Pearl Jam albums over and over and over. "Daughter" is still one of my favorites, although I'd forgotten about it! Hopping over to Spotify to listen.
