I cannot wait to read your book! :D

It was a weird time and so innocent, looking back. I remember how it was actually frowned upon to be on dating sites like Match.com because it meant you were probably awkward irl or you were hiding something. Judgy, yes, but just very different, too.

I'm grateful I dated before apps were the main way to find a date. I hope people learn to talk again--on the phone and in person.

I used my local coffee shop for years for this purpose--from about 2007-2017. It's something I'd like to write about sometime. People put their phones down and talked with each other.
