It really feels like the children are caught in this ridiculous crossfire in which the adults can't get our shit together and come to a consensus for our children's health.

I may write up another article this week. It looks like the federal government will be suing 5 states (or governors--not sure how that works), who have signed bills into law making it illegal to mandate masks.

The red tape that has to be gone through while children are put at risk feels like insanity.

I don't think future generations will like kindly upon America's choices during this section of our history.

I'm sure it's hard for your 5-year-old to understand. I guess the fun masks aren't appealing to him? Ceci's class made little beaded mask holders (like bifocal holders) that seem to add a little style, fun, and functionality to their mask wearing days. Maybe he'd like that, too. 💗
