Interesting. I’ve done shorty-term paleo but not kept. I felt good on paleo but it was expensive. Then, I found out I have reflux which means fats aren’t good for me. Found that out about a year ago. I now eat mostly dairy and mostly gluten free. I can tolerate tiny bits of feta or real sourdough bread and rice. Keto concerns me. Intuitively, it doesn’t feel like this extreme eating style is a good idea longterm.
I stumbled on an intuitive eating meditation several years ago now. That seems to be the best “diet” for me.
It’s hard not to be concerned for a friend dieting who has body dysmorphia. Please be careful. 🤗 💜
