I've never seen Goop...This is an absolutely fascinating social commentary of the show and what it's lacking. I've never heard of these dance moves and am intrigued by the videos you shared. Now I want to try, though I know it'll be hard for me, lol. Thank you for your insights--it sounds like the show definitely needs what you suggest--multiple points of view and someone on staff to catch mistakes like the omission of history and passive racism.
