Jessica, Thank you so much for sharing your passion and wisdom with Age of Empathy. I've been realizing over the last year that I've lived so much of my life in Fear, when all I needed to alleviate that terror was turning to Love. It seems to be a common human lesson that's hard for us to "get".

It's an important part of empathy, too--loving and empathizing with others--as well as ourselves.

I hold on to hope that we'll see our society and culture change into a more loving place, but it's easy to fall into despair.
