… a note like you’re making a grocery list. This has its place, of course, but not in this instance. Take the time to make your writing legible, something we have done less of since the keyboard essentially replaced the pen.

Right?! I said eff it, grabbed a pink or red pen (I think) and a legal pad. I said I was rusty at letter writing but doing it anyway. I’m amazed how irritated I get with pen writing that I can’t write fast and legibly.
