Sandy, I think this is the best holiday letter I've ever read. I relate to a lot of what you wrote here, too, including being stalled on a memoir I'd planned on submitting to agents by February or March of 2021.

It gave me comfort when my mom reminded me it'll take however long it needs to take to write the book.
