So good, Rachel. As someone who has not worked a traditional 9-5 for most of my life, as someone who has been carried by my partner’s jobs, work feels like something I fail at. I struggle with remembering work does not equal identity.
I have a utopian vision of humanity and “work” being play and joy, but yeah, we’re not anywhere close to that yet.
