Standing O! That link to PJ's piece reminded me of the time I was trying to breastfeed, but couldn't, had a clogged duct that had to be drained, and the doctor straight up looked at my bare boobs and said, "Have your breasts always been so grossly different?" or something in that vein. It hurt like hell and upped my already insecure feeling about my boobs. I was 29. I think it was a woman doc, but don't remember for sure. Ugh.
