Thank you, Corrie! For some people, it's not an issue, but it can indicate low iron and low stomach acid (reflux) in others. So, that pee is a sign for me to modify my diet. I've been eating trash, so that's not surprising.

I'm trying to find more confidence in my abilities. Tonight, I diced potatoes and dumped them in chicken broth. Added garden peppers, garden chives, cumin seeds, garam masala, and turmeric. Not bad!

Thank you for reading this and enjoying my wacky style.

I'm looking forward to reading more of your cooking articles. I was telling Danielle Loewen my restrictions and it reminded me why I wanted to give up before:

No gluten, No dairy, No sugar, No chocolate, No caffeine, No citrus fruits or acidic foods, No Tomatoes, No carbonated beverages, No alcohol. No fat, No red meat. It's pretty overwhelming to me! And, David is on a super low salt diet. If you happen to have any advice for this kind of situation, I'm open! :D
