Thank you for this piece. It's interesting how those of us with anxiety seem to have more of a feeling of being seen through a microscope from other's point of view. It is helpful for me to remember that I am less important to others than I am to myself, also. It's just part of the human instinct for survival, I suppose. Thank you for succinctly laying out this wise insight.
