Thank you for your insights here, Michelle. I experience something different with my perfectionism which is giving up before even getting started! The idea of choosing 1, 2, or 3 things to incorporate steadily for 90 days feel a lot less overwhelming.

I guess for now, my 2 things are doing my kegels and daily work writing! Once I get that down, I'll add a 3rd. Thank you for inspiring us to be kind to ourselves. It's so very important.
