Thank you so much, Sarah. I knew when you and Hogan told me to dig deeper, to show instead of tell, I had a ton of work to do. I think this is the final backstory piece I needed to write before being able to complete the whole thing. It has been a slow journey and I'm thankful for the support of friends and writers and for the patience from readers who see me writing about this so-called memoir often. :D
