What unpleasantness- and more-so- when germs are flying during a pandemic. Yikes. I'd like to point out, in case you don't already know, that the body--our bodies, hold trauma. Your trauma response was to freeze (understandably). I have found that working with incidents like this through somatic healing is quite helpful. It can be something as simple as physically shaking it off, intuitively, or dancing to music to release the experience. So sorry this happened to you, friend.
