Yes! I found this out when I took a course on DailyOm that included 3-minute guided meditations. It wasn't easy for me, but I could find the time/still my mind for 3 minutes. And, the more I did it, the easier it got, for the most part. I was amazed how much 3 minutes could improve my day.
I don't meditate every day or anywhere near that but when I do I find myself feeling more grounded and focused (in general).
