Yes, I have figured this out and it is truly helpful. Nature works all kinds of magic. I guess what I was really hesitant to ask is what about when your Empath is an uncontrollable panic attack? The kind that doesn’t wind down until it winds down? I have held space once and helped to ease a panic attack but often I find myself taking on the panic, making it more difficult as it escalates. Prevention of getting to this state definitely helps, but it would be incredibly helpful to have some tips for what to do in the moment an attack hits.
