… clear, I wasn’t sure it was really doing anything or that I was getting any better at the exercise. But five minutes was just brief enough that I could mostly focus through the whole thing without my brain meandering off too badly, and I enjoyed the addition of some intentional deep breathing to my pre-sleep routine.
Yes! I love this so much Cayla. Several years ago, I was struggling a lot and meditation seemed really overwhelming. I stumbled on a 3-minute meditation course. I knew I could do 3 minutes. And, I could. And, it helped me so, so much!
