YESSSS! Thank you so much for owning and sharing this! I'm in my 40s and feel the same way. In my 20s, the 30s freaked me out a bit; same in my 30s for my 40s. But, I had wonderful women a bit older than me modeling how awesome it is to grow into our power.

I try to be that woman for folks younger than me and look up to women, like you, who are "ahead" of me. :)
